after project completion, for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion

are stored securely and shared only with the client via direct communication.

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging eidevs for web development services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms apply alongside any specific project agreement (contract) we provide.
In case of conflict, the signed project contract takes precedence.
2. Services Provided
eidevs provides website design, development, hosting setup, and related digital services
as described in our pricing packages or custom project scopes. All service details,
deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
- All projects require a 15% deposit before work begins.
- 45% during development and the remaining 40% is due on project completion, before the site goes live.
- Deposits are non-refundable once development work has commenced.
- Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa, CRDB, NMB, or direct bank transfer.
- A receipt is issued for every payment received.
4. Client Responsibilities
For us to deliver on time, clients agree to:
- Provide all required content (text, logos, photos) within 5 business days of project start
- Provide feedback on design/development within 5 business days of each review submission
- Ensure all content provided is accurate and legally owned by the client
Delays caused by late content or feedback extend the timeline and are not the Developer's responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of all custom website files transfers to the client upon receipt of
final payment. Open-source components used in the build remain under their
respective open-source licenses. The client must have rights to all content
(text, images, logos) they provide for use on the website.
6. Revisions & Scope
Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope
requires a written change order and may incur additional fees. "Revision" means
adjustments to existing content or design — not new features or additional pages.
7. Hosting & Domain
Hosting is an optional annual service. The client is responsible for renewing hosting
on time. eidevs is not liable for downtime, data loss, or security issues arising from
third-party hosting providers after the website has been handed over.
8. Limitation of Liability
eidevs' total liability under any engagement is limited to the total amount paid by the
client for that project. We are not responsible for lost revenue, business interruption,
or indirect losses arising from website issues after handover.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation
unresolved within 30 days.
